RETURNS
Felt & Co. value the happiness of its customers and understand that circumstances can change, resulting in the wish to return an item. This is why we offer 'Change of Mind' returns.
To qualify for a return under this policy, all items need to be
• returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods and
• in its original and unused condition.
Please get in touch with us at help@feltandco.com.au to arrange your return and not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
EXCHANGES
If an item you have received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped, we apologise for the inconvenience.
Felt is a natural material. For that reason, actual product colours may differ slightly from the colour shown in the product images. This highlights the uniqueness of the product and does not qualify as a fault.

SHIPPING
The buyer's responsibility is to arrange the return shipment, package the goods appropriately to prevent any damage, and pay for postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and have not paid for postage, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will provide you with the return address details once you have initiated the return or exchange.
Depending on your location, shipping time may vary. We are unable to initiate a refund or exchange before we have received the unused goods from you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee the receipt of your returned goods.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will advise you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Given a refund approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 5-7 business days to credit your account.
